PRICE: 

  • 1 person = 60,000 JPY
  • 2 people = 66,000 JPY
  • 3 people = 72,000 JPY

  • A 1.5% payment processing fee will be added at checkout.

STARTS: 9.30 AM at Odawara bullet train station

TOUR ENDS: At approximately 5.30 PM at Odawara bullet train station

TOUR OPERATES: Any dates except for some holidays.  We strongly recommend avoiding weekends and holidays for this tour.

INCLUSIONS: Full services of your friendly English-speaking tour guide, meeting at Odawara train station,  Tozan Hakone railway, Hakone rope-way and lake cruise tickets.

EXCLUSIONS: Bullet trains to and from Odawara, lunch and any additional activities that require an entrance fee, please pay for this on the day for yourselves and your guide.

By Car & Driver (Tokyo to Tokyo)

Opting for a car and driver for your Hakone Tour means complete flexibility and a stress-free adventure from Tokyo to Tokyo.  Cut down on the walking distance and maximize your time at must-see locations.  We always use a separate tour guide and driver.

PRICE: 

  • 1 – 5 people = 144,000 JPY
  • 6 – 8 people = 159,000 JPY
  • A 1.5% payment processing fee will be added at checkout.

STARTS: 8 AM at central Tokyo hotels.

ENDS: Approximately 7 PM at central Tokyo hotels.

INCLUSIONS: Local English-speaking tour guide, fully licensed driver, suitable size vehicle, central Tokyo hotel pick-up/drop-off and highway tolls.

EXCLUSIONS: Meals, entrance fees and parking fees. Please pay for these as you go on the day for yourselves and your guide.  We will advise these costs before you book.

Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation received by The Backstreet Guides 30 days or more prior to the starting date of the tour will incur a charge of 20% of the tour fare.
  • Notice of cancellation received by The Backstreet Guides 29 days to 7 days prior to the starting date of the tour will incur a charge of 40% of the tour fare.
  • Notice of cancellation received by The Backstreet Guides 6 days to 3 days prior to the starting date of the tour will incur a charge of 60% of the tour fare.
  • Notice of cancellation received by The Backstreet Guides less than 3 days prior to the starting day of the tour, including no-show, will incur a charge of 100% of the tour fare.
  • Any tickets purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
